Metrics Update: Track Popup Events for Smarter Segmentation & Automation

SmartPush now supports popup events that can be used for advanced segmentation and as trigger conditions in email and SMS automations. This allows you to engage users more precisely and drive better conversion.

Here's how it works:

一、Segmented Groups: Target Popup-Engaged “High-Potential Users”

  1. Navigate to Contacts > Segments in the left menu.
  2. Select your conditions in the condition bar.
  3. Click Create Segment to capture your target users!

二、Automation Email: Discount Coupon Reminders via Pop-ups

Use SmartPush pop-ups to issue discount coupons and ensure users don’t forget them.

  • Set up automated reminder emails:
    - First email: Triggered immediately after coupon issuance.
    - Second email: Sent when the coupon is about to expire, with AI-powered product recommendations to boost conversion.
